Personal Branding Photography
- What’s Involved?
Congratulations on deciding personal branding photography is for you. You have taken the first step in elevating your brand and business in your chosen marketplace.
Depending on the package you choose, the first step for us is to schedule a meeting either face-to-face or online. Before the meeting I will ask you to put together a mood board of images you like (I will help you with this) so we can discuss this and see how we can tailor your shoot to match the look and feel you think would suit you. Also, during the meeting we will discuss what your current branding and identity looks like, who you would like to attract as a perfect client, what would your target market be, what is your expectations from the shoot and what you hope to achieve from the experience.
Other areas that will be discussed will be what to wear. Every business is, of course, different. An accountant will dress differently to a gym owner, for example.
The photoshoot: I will be in position ready and prepared for your arrival so that the time is spent on you. You are welcome to bring anyone along with you to help with your clothes and styling, or this is something that I can offer if you would like. Again, depending on the package you choose, the length of the photo session will be as promised, with all setting up and taking down done outwith these times. I will assist you throughout the process with posing and direction and pride myself in helping people feel comfortable in front of the camera and getting the best out of them. Modelling is not easy, but I can certainly make it easier for you and stress-free. There is a reason Kate Moss is so highly paid, but you are not there to be a professional model, you are there to be yourself.
After the shoot I will take the images back to my studio and work on them in line with your expectations. I ask that you give me two weeks to work on them even though in most cases I will get them to you much quicker. They will be available to view in an online gallery. Once you have approved the final set of images, I will send them to you via WeTransfer in full Print quality as well as configured for online use on social media and websites.

Innovation Package - £2,695
200 professionally edited* with 30 retouched* images of your choice covering a wide range of looks, locations, outfit changes and moods, all styled to the look that best fits you and your brand
200 images reformatted for direct input into social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and your website
Help with implementing the images in social media platforms after the shoot
Full day photoshoot with lunch and snacks provided
Choice of multiple locations up to 50 miles away
Face-to-face planning meeting over coffee, discussing locations, looks and suitable outfits well in advance of the shoot
Instructions on completing a mood board prior to the shoot and the meeting so we are both comfortable with the photoshoot requirements
Licence to use the images commercially in print and on social media
Inspiration Package - £1,295
60 professionally edited* with 15 retouched* images of your choice covering a wide range of looks, locations, outfit changes and moods, all styled to the look that best fits you and your brand
Half day photoshoot, either morning or afternoon on a day that suits
Face-to-face planning meeting over coffee, discussing locations, looks and suitable outfits well in advance of the shoot
Choice of locations up to 10 miles away
Instructions on completing a mood board prior to the shoot and the meeting so we are both comfortable with the photoshoot requirements
Licence to use the images commercially in print and on social media
Impact Package - £495
25 professionally edited with 5 retouched* images of your choice
1 hour photoshoot
20-minute Zoom meeting to discuss locations, looks, outfits, all well in advance of the shoot day
Help with completing a mood board
Licence to use the images commercially on social media. [Print use licences available on request]
*‘Edited’ images will include having brightness and colour corrections tweaked for consistency
‘Retouched’ images will include smoothing skin (“airbrushing”), removing stray hairs, adding hair volume, brightening eyes and whitening teeth.
Additional retouched images charged at £25/image
